Sharing Your App With Others
Every Leo has a normal app URL you can open and share without the Leo chat interface.
The Leo workspace has two parts: the Leo chat/building interface and the actual web app Leo built for you. When you want a colleague, client, or teammate to use the app, share the app-only URL.
Your app is already live. The app-only URL starts with
rails-, for example
https://rails-your-leo-name.leo.llamapress.ai.
Open the app-only view from Leo
- Open your Leo workspace.
- Click the App tab icon to view the app Leo built.
- Click the small square open-in-new-window button. This opens your app in its own browser tab, without the Leo chat panel around it.
- Copy that browser URL and share it with the people who should use the app.
The URL format
If your Leo URL is:
https://your-leo-name.leo.llamapress.ai
then the app-only URL is:
https://rails-your-leo-name.leo.llamapress.ai
What people will see
People who open the app-only URL see the web app itself. They do not see Leo's chat, code tools, checkpoints, or build controls. This is the right URL to share when someone just needs to use the app.
About passwords and sign-in
Some apps have their own login system because Leo built one into the app. In that case, your colleagues may need an account inside the app. Other apps are public or internal tools with no app-level login. The app-only URL removes the Leo workspace interface; it does not remove any login system your app itself was designed to have.
